In addition to various cell type-specific kits for primary smooth muscle cells, we also provide a cell group-specific Basic Nucleofector Kit. This kit is suited to determine the optimal transfection conditions for any mammalian smooth muscle cell type that lacks a cell type specific Optimized Protocol for the Nucleofector 2b Device (or older generations I or II). In a first experiment a selection of different Nucleofector Programs is tested in combination with the Basic Nucleofector Solution for smooth muscle cells.
