Biotium Tyramide Amplification Kit with HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit and CF488A Tyramide
Tyramide amplification, sometimes called Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses the catalytic activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid sequence in situ. The tyramide amplification method has been reported to increase the sensitivity by up to 100-fold compared to the conventional avidin-biotinylated complex procedure. The kit contains HRP goat anti-rabbit CF488A dye tyramide. The dye has an excitation/emission of 490/515 nm. The kit contains sufficient reagent for 50-150 slides.
Biotium LysoView™ 540, 1000X in DMSO, Trial Size
LysoView™ 540 is a red fluorescent dye that is highly selective for labeling and tracking of lysosomes in live cells, with no wash step required. With absorption and emission at 540/634 nm, the dye can be detected using a Cy3 filter set.

MitoView™ 720 is a near-infrared live cell mitochondrial dye with absorbance/emission at 720/758 nm. While optimally detected using Cy7 settings, the dye is bright enough to be imaged in the Cy5 channel.

Biotium CellBrite™ NIR750 Cytoplasmic Membrane Dye, 2 mM in DMSO
CellBrite™ NIR Cytoplasmic Membrane Dyes are novel near-infrared carbocyanine dyes for labeling the cytoplasmic membranes of living cells. Due to their long emission wavelengths, near-infrared cell membrane stains can be used to label cells for near-infrared small animal imaging studies for non-invasive imaging of cell migration and cell homing. The dyes have long 18-carbon hydrophobic tails and an additional water-soluble group. These unique chemical structure elements make the dyes easy to dissolve while providing highly stable cytoplasmic membrane staining, unlike traditional carbocyanine dyes like DiI, DiO, and DiR, which are often difficult to dissolve or prone to precipitation during cell staining. CellBrite™ NIR750 has an excitation/emission of 748/780 nm.
