CF Dye Succinimidyl Esters (SE, also known as NHS esters) are amine-reactive fluorescent dyes. SE dyes are commonly used to label antibodies and other proteins on free amine groups, such as lysine residues. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm.
Biotium Tyramide Amplification Kit with HRP Goat Anti-Mouse and CF640R Tyramide
Tyramide amplification, sometimes called Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses the catalytic activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid sequence in situ. The tyramide amplification method has been reported to increase the sensitivity by up to 100-fold compared to the conventional avidin-biotinylated complex procedure. The kit contains HRP goat anti-mouse CF640R dye tyramide. The dye has an excitation/emission of 642/662 nm. The kit contains sufficient reagent for 50-150 slides.

Cells with compromised plasma membranes become permeable to the GloCell™ dye, resulting in a greater fluorescence compared to live cells in a cell viability assay.GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 540 is excited by the violet laser at 405 nm and it has a fluorescence emission maximum of 540 nm that can be detected using the 525/50 band pass filter used to detect AmCyan.

Biotium Mix-n-Stain™ CF405M Small Ligand Labeling Kit
Mix-n-Stain™ Small Ligand Labeling Kits are designed for rapid labeling of low molecular weight (MW 150 -5000) ligands without a purification step. Suitable ligands or substrates include SNAP-tag, CLIP-tag™ and HaloTag ligand derivatives that have an aliphatic amine. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm. It is suitable for labeling ligands for cell surface staining. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Abcam Rhodol, 5MG
MW 331.3 Da, Purity >95%. Highly fluorescent dye useful for labeling oligonucleotide, antibody and protein studies and for the preparation of peptide and esterase substrates. Rhodol is a structural hybrid of fluorescein and rhodamine. It retains the pH-sensitive properties conferred by a phenolic hydroxyl group, but the amine substituent reduces the pKa values. Rhodol exhibits a high extinction coefficient (~70,000 cm-1M-1) and high quantum yield (~0.8-0.9) in aqueous solution, with absorption maxima at approximately 490 nm and emission maxima between 520 and 545 nm. As with fluorescein-based dyes, the fluorescence excitation profiles of rhodol-based dyes are pH dependent, which can be useful for ratiometric pH determinations intracellularly.

Biotium 5(6)-CARBOXYRhodamine 110-C5-Maleimide (
CR110-C5-maleimide (full name: 5(6)-Carboxyrhodamine 110-C5-maleimide) is a maleimide derivative of the green fluorescent dye carboxyrhodamine 110. The dye has spectral properties (Ex/Em (MeOH) = 502/524 nm) similar to those of fluorescein (fluorescein-5-maleimide, for example), but the photostability of the dye is among the best of all green fluorescent dyes. Thus, the dye is a superior green fluorescent dye for labeling thiols.
