Vina Green is a novel permanent chromogen that produces a green stain in the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The kit consists of liquid Vina Green chromogen and buffer that are stable, when mixed, for at least 4 hours at room temperature. Vina Green is clearly distinguishable from Warp Red and DAB on a single slide, enabling high flexibility for its application in Multiplex IHC. Vina Green is suitable for both immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) applications including HPV, CMV, EBV, Kappa, Lambda, p63, HMWCK, TTF-1, Ki-67, and other targets/antigens such as blood and lymphatic vessels, and basal and myoepithelial cells. The reaction product is insoluble in alcohols and xylene and, therefore, a variety of counterstains and permanent mounting media can be used with this chromogen kit.

EDTA Decloaker is a potent agent for epitope retrieval and tissues may be 5-10 times more sensitive to immunohistochemical staining. EDTA Decloaker can be used with Biocare's digital electric pressure cooker (Decloaking Chamber), a steamer, a water bath, or a microwave oven. EDTA Decloaker incorporates Assure technology, a color-coded high temperature pH indicator solution. The end-user is assured by visual inspection that the solution is at the correct dilution and pH. This product is specially formulated for superior pH stability at high temperatures and will help prevent the possiblity of losing pH sensitive antigens. EDTA Decloaker is non-toxic, non-flammable, odorless and sodium azide and thimerosal free.

The ImmPRESS-HRP Anti-Mouse IgG (Peroxidase) Polymer Detection Kit is made in goat and targets mouse primary antibodies. This IHC staining system uses novel conjugation chemistry to create a highly sensitive, ready-to-use, one-step, biotin-free detection system. (A combination of highly active enzyme (peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase) and affinity-purified secondary antibodies results in crisp, strong staining. The ImmPRESS™ micropolymer technology minimizes steric interference and provides enhanced accessibility to the primary antibody targets. The IHC immunostaining protocol is simple. Following a blocking step with 2.5% goat serum, sections are incubated with primary antibody. After a brief wash, the appropriate ImmPRESS™ Reagent is added to the sections and incubated for 30 minutes. Sections are again rinsed and the slides are developed with a peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase substrate. The ImmPRESS Reagent is ready-to-use and stains 250-500 sections.
