The EasySep™ Mouse CD25 Regulatory T Cell Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate highly purified CD25+ cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by positive selection. The kit targets CD25 regulatory T cells for positive selection with a PE-labeled antibody directed against the CD25 surface marker. Desired cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles. The cells are separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Unwanted cells are simply poured off, while desired cells remain in the tube.
LifeSensors Tandem Ubiquitin Binding Entities (TUBE2) Agarose 1mL
Based on protein domains known to possess an affinity for ubiquitin, Tandem Ubiquitin Binding Entities (TUBEs) have been developed for the isolation and identification of ubiquitinated proteins. TUBEs display up to a 1000-fold increase in affinity for polyubiquitin moieties over the single ubiquitin binding associated domain (UBA). In addition, TUBEs display a protective effect on polyubiquitinated proteins, allowing for detection at relatively low abundance. These properties effectively “capture” protein in its polyubiquitin state. Agarose coupled TUBEs allows for efficient recovery of polyubiquitinated proteins in a single step. Polyubiquitinated protein can easily be separated from TUBEs for proteomic studies or for identification by western blotting. This product is protected by one or more US or Foreign patents.

The EasySep™ Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate naive CD4+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes and dextran-coated magnetic particles. CD45RO+ cells are targeted for removal with a biotinylated anti-CD45RO antibody, and a bispecific Tetrameric Antibody Complex that recognizes biotin and dextran. The labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. The EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit without CD16 Depletion is designed to isolate monocytes and CD14+CD16+ monocytes from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. The CD14+CD16+ subset of monocytes (~10% in blood of healthy individuals) has characteristics of tissue macrophages and expands greatly in acute and chronic inflammatory disease. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-monocyte cells and magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. The labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube. Conveniently enrich the mitochondrial or cytosolic subcellular fractions from mammalian cells or tissues using the Mitochondrial Isolation Kit.
