STEMCELL Technologies RoboSep™ Human CD14 Positive Selection Kit II, For processing: 1 x 10^9 cells
The EasySep™ Human CD14 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate highly purified CD14+ cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD14 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD14 antigen is strongly expressed on monocytes and macrophages and weakly on granulocytes. It is also expressed on most tissue macrophages.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human CD14 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18058), for even faster cell isolations and is compatible with all EasySep™ magnets.

The EasySep™ Human Monocyte Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD14+CD16- monocytes from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells and platelets with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labelled cells are separated from the untouched desired cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube.This product can be used in place of the EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit (Catalog #19059) for even faster cell isolations with reduced platelet contamination.
STEMCELL Technologies EasySep™ Human Th17 Cell Enrichment Kit II, For processing: 2 x 10^9 cells
The EasySep™ Human Th17 Enrichment Kit II is a two-step method designed to enrich for human Th17 cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells. First, CCR6+ cells are isolated by column-free immunomagnetic positive selection using antibody complexes and EasySep™ Releasable RapidSpheres™. Then, bound magnetic particles are removed from the cells and unwanted non-CD4+ T cells, CD45RA+ cells, and CXCR3+ cells are targeted for depletion using antibody complexes and EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™. The final isolated fraction is enriched for IL-17-producing Th17 cells.This product can be used in place of the EasySep™ Human Th17 Cell Enrichment Kit (Catalog #18162) for even faster cell isolations.

The EasySep™ Release Mouse Biotin Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate cells that are labeled with biotin-conjugated antibodies from mouse tissue by immunomagnetic positive selection.Desired cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles, and separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Unwanted cells are simply poured off, while desired cells remain in the tube. Then, bound magnetic particles are removed from the EasySep™-isolated, biotin-antibody labeled cells, which are immediately available for downstream applications. Following cell isolation with this EasySep™ Release kit, antibody complexes remain bound to the cell surface and may interact with Brilliant Violet™ antibody conjugates, polyethylene glycol-modified proteins, or other chemically related ligands.This product replaces the EasySep™ Mouse Biotin Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18556), providing highly purified particle-free cells.

The EasySep™ Human CD19 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD19+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD19 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD19 antigen is expressed on mature B cells and B cell progenitors but is lost upon maturation to plasma cells. It is also expressed on follicular dendritic cells.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human CD19 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18054) for even faster cell isolations.
