Single Donor Human Plasma (Blood Derived) Na Heparin 10ml - Single Donor Human Plasma from Innovative Research is whole blood derived. The whole blood is collected from donors in an FDA-approved collection center and processed into plasma via centrifugation. The plasma is frozen immediately after processing. Each unit is tested for the standard FDA-required viral markers, and found negative using FDA-approved methods. Innovative Research has a wide network of FDA-approved collection centers across the United States, which allows us to collect from nearly any donor type. We are able to collect this product using the anticoagulant that will work best for your research. Our standard anticoagulant options include K2 EDTA, K3 EDTA, Na EDTA, Na Citrate, Na Heparin, and Li Heparin, with others available upon request.

Capillary / dispensing tubes (Minivette POCT) collect precise 10, 20, 50, 100 or 200µL samples, with or without an anticoagulant, which are then easily transferred for analysis without a syringe.
The PNP3MS connector easily presses onto the tubes and then punctures the small septum on Vascular Access Buttons™ and PinPorts™ to draw up the sample. You can take samples directly from a catheterized animal, or for completely hands off sampling, at the top of the cage. Arterial pressure is required for best results (for example, from a carotid artery catheterization).
