Vector Laboratories Avidin D Horseradish Peroxidase (Av-HRP) Concentrate For IHC 5 mg
Horseradish Peroxidase Avidin D (HRP Avidin D) is produced by a coupling procedure that preserves the high specific activity of the peroxidase. Using biotinylated primary or secondary intermediates and peroxidase-labeled Avidin D, antigens can be localized in histological sections, cytospin preparations, or smears. Horseradish Peroxidase Avidin D is offered as a concentrate (5 mg/ml).
Vector Laboratories Avidin DCS Cell Sorting Grade Fluorescein 1 mg
Fluorescein Avidin DCS is a cell sorter grade of Fluorescein Avidin D. Fluorescein Avidin DCS has an optimal F/P ratio and a high fluorescence efficiency. The product is purified to reduce non-specific binding which can hamper resolution in cell sorting and other applications. Although this product has been designed for cell sorting, it can also be used in fluorescent microscopy when higher sensitivity and lower background staining are necessary. This derivative is preferred when using an amplification procedure with Biotinylated Anti-Avidin D. Fluorescein Avidin DCS has an excitation at 495 nm and an emission at about 515 nm.
Vector Laboratories Avidin/Biotin Blocking Kit 36 ml
Avidin/Biotin Blocking Kit (SP-2001) blocks all endogenous biotin, biotin receptors, and avidin binding sites present in tissues. This kit is designed for use with avidin detection systems such as the VECTASTAIN ABC Kits if avidin or biotinylated reagents bind non-specifically to tissues or proteins. This blocking kit consists of 18 ml of Avidin D and 18 ml of biotin in convenient dropper bottles. The Avidin D is applied first (mixed with normal blocking serum), followed by the biotin solution.
