This is our most economical, lowest cost Screw Cap for Autosampler Vials. Natural PTFE is as equally inert and durable as Red PTFE, but no dyes have been added.

These unique Screw Caps can be used for almost any sample but are designed for Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) testing in our Autosampler Vials. The silicone rubber (for optimal sealing), and Polypropylene fitted Septa (for inertness) are excellent for chromatography. These caps do not contain PTFE like most other autosampler vial caps. Use with AQ™ Brand or RSA™ brand 9mm screw thread autosampler vials for best performance and sealing.

Soft polyethylene caps are more pliable than other Snap Caps and are easier to place on the vial. Popular choice when using a large number of caps at one time. These caps may not seal as well as other Snap Caps and should be used with sample solvents with low volatility. Pre-Slit Septa are normally recommended for Waters Alliance and Acquity instruments.
