This narrow mouth vial is manufactured with ultra-pure, virgin, medical grade polypropylene and is translucent with a 700ul total fill capacity. Residual volume can be as low as 75ul depending on the autosampler and viscosity of samples used. This specially formulated plastic is used in our special molding process where nothing is added to the process producing a very unique, plastic vial is that compatible with LCMC (extractables free in most LCMS solvents). Popular for samples that react with glass and often used in bio-analysis with aqueous samples. Excellent for biological compound analysis and when using LCMS.
Grainger Crimp Fitting 1/4 I.D. M16-1.5 M Metric
The Aeroquip 16P879 hydraulic crimp fitting is made of steel and has a 1/4" NPTF thread. It is designed for use with 1/4" OD tubing and has a working pressure of up to 5000 psi. This reusable fitting creates a leakproof seal. It requires a hex crimping tool to properly secure tubing. The dimensions are 15/32" width x 1-1/32" length. This fitting is commonly used in hydraulic systems in industrial equipment, automotive applications, and more. It meets or exceeds SAE J514 specifications.

Vial and inserts are made with first hydrolytic, Class A, Type N51A, Borosilicate Glass, amberized. The Write-On Patch is epoxy paint and will resist smearing when working with solvents. This product is manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 Certified facility. Amber vials are often used for light sensitive compounds and considered low actinic. Use with 11mm aluminum crimp caps. These vials have serum finish tops that provide the best seal for chromatography, when used properly with correct aluminum crimp caps.
