Side entry port needles will recover the maximum amount during use. Bottom depths of the wells are designed and QC controlled for the most critical autosampler to prevent needles hitting the bottom of the vials.

Vials and Inserts are made with first hydrolytic, Class A, Type-N51A Clear, Borosilicate Glass. The insert has a 300ul total fill volume and a 3ul residual volume for many autosamplers and autosampler needles. The Write-On Patch and fill lines are epoxy paint and will resist smearing when working with solvents. Use with 11mm aluminum crimp caps. These lower cost Fused Insert vials have serum finish tops that provide the best seal for chromatography, when used properly with correct aluminum crimp caps.
