The Mastercycler Nexus Thermal Cycler features a universal thermoblock (fits 0.2mL PCR tubes, 96-well PCR plates or 0.5mL PCR tubes); an alternate silver thermoblock allows for faster processing of 0.2mL PCR tubes or 96-well PCR plates. An adjustable-height lid accommodates all PCR consumables.
Eppendorf offers PCR consumables that include 96-well and 384-well PCR plates (for high and medium throughput), divisible plates, PCR tubes and tube strips (for lower throughput), plus sealing options, racks and other accessories.
