TaqMan Universal Master Mix II without UNG is a convenient mix of components needed to perform real-time PCR. The mix contains Applied Biosystems™ AmpliTaq Gold™ DNA Polymerase, UP (Ultra Pure), dNTPs with dUTP, Applied Biosystems™ ROX™ Passive Reference, and optimized buffer components.
