    Applications
    1,4-Dichloro-2-nitrobenzene is a reagent used in the synthesis of antitrypanosomal, antileishmanial and antimalarial agents. It is also used in the synthesis of lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase-β in hibitors.

    Solubility
    Soluble in water, ethanol, ether, benzene, carbon disulfide. Slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride.
