Induces ferroptosis; inhibits glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4)

1S,3R-RSL3 is a glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) inhibitor. Induces ferroptosis. Increases lipid peroxidase levels in vitro. Inhibits tumor formation and progression in vivo.
