Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human MCF-7 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, human 293T whole cell, rat heart tissue, rat kidney tissue, mouse heart tissue, mouse kidney tissue. IHC: human testis cancer tissue. Flow: MCF-7 cell.

The gene product is an immunoglobulin-type protein. It is found to be expressed strongly in endothelial cells, cytotrophoblasts, and poorly differentiated colon adenocarcinoma cells found in lymphatics. The protein contains a heparin-binding domain and mediates heparin-sensitive cell adhesion.
