Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: rat brain tissue, rat liver tissue, rat liver tissue, mouse liver tissue, mouse spleen tissue, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. IHC: rat spleen tissue, mouse intestine tissue, rat brain tissue.

Catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine and 2-deoxyadenosine. Plays an important role in purine metabolism and in adenosine homeostasis. Modulates signaling by extracellular adenosine, and so contributes indirectly to cellular signaling events. May act as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation.
