Invitrogen™ ADK Monoclonal Antibody (7F4)
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA549220
Description
Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Human ADK shares 88.8% and 88.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat ADK, respectively. Positive Control - WB: human PC-3 whole cell, human U-87MG whole cell, human SW620 whole cell. IHC: human placenta tissue, human tonsil tissue, human rectal cancer tissue. Flow: PC-3 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the addition of glucose monomers to the growing glycogen molecule through the formation of alpha-1,4-glycoside linkages. Mutations in this gene are associated with muscle glycogen storage disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
