Description

Recombinant human EIF2AK2 (252-end) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. EIF2AK2 (also known as double-stranded RNA-activated protein kinase) is shown to be involved in HIV/gp120-associated neurodegeneration.
