Description

Recombinant human TNIK (1-367) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. TNIK or TRAF2 and NCK-interacting kinase are characterized by N-terminal kinase and C-terminal GCK domains that serve a regulatory function.
