    Description

    Applications
    α-Toluenesulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) is used in the preparation of cell lysates to inhibit protein digestion. It is a widely used fatty acid amid hydrolase (FAAH) inhibitor for pretreatment of brain membrane preparations when testing CB1 receptor activity.

    Solubility
    Soluble in ether, benzene, anhydrous ethanol, methanol, 2- propane. Hydrolyses in water.

    Notes
    Moisture sensitive. Store away from strong oxidizing agents, amines, bases, water/ moisture. Store at 4°C
