alpha Tubulin Rabbit anti-Canine, Human, Mouse, Non-human primate, Rat, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA138814
Microtubules, the major cytoskeletal elements found in all eukaryotic cells, consist of tubulin, which is a dimer of two 55kDa subunits: alpha and Beta. Microtubules play key roles in chromosome segregation in mitosis, intracellular transport, ciliary and flagellar bending, and structural support of the cytoskeleton. This antibody is predicted to react with mouse, bovine, guinea pig, porcine, gerbil, and rat based on sequence homology.Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 10 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is lung tissue.
