MilliporeSigma™ anti-beta-Chorionic Gonadotropin Clone: P3G7,
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: MilliporeSigma™ 2307461MG
Description
Specifically detects β-Chorionic Gonadotropin Clone: P3G7 in Human samples, and it is validated for Enzyme Immunoassay, Radioimmunoassay
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by the syncytiotrophoblastic cells of the placenta. It is comprised of two glycosylated polypeptide chains: an α-chain and a β-chain. The α-chain is a 92-amino acid polypeptide common to hCG, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH); it possesses no intrinsic biological activity. The β-chain is a 145-amino acid polypeptide that imparts the specificity to the heterodimeric hCG molecule.
