Description
Clone HI10a reacts with the human form of the 100kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as the common acute lymphoblasticleukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 is expressed on granulocytes, a subset of B-cell progenitors, germinal center cells and fibroblasts. Clone HI10a also cross-reacts with a subset of peripheral blood granulocytes of baboon, and both rhesus and cynomolgus macaque monkeys. The reactivity pattern on granulocytes is similar to that observed with peripheral blood granulocytes from normal human donors.
