Description
The LMM741 antibody reacts with the 150 kD human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor receptor (G-CSFR) also known as CD114. Cell surface G-CSFR is expressed by neutrophils, myeloid leukemias, endothelium, platelets, and placenta. The immunogen used to generate this hybridoma was cells transfected with an expression vector containing a full-length cDNA encoding the G-CSF-receptor.
