Shop All BD Biosciences ProductsDescription
CD11c, clone S-HCL-3, is derived from hybridization of mouse NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from CD-1 mice immunized with whole cells and membrane preparations of hairy-cell leukemia.
CD11c recognizes a human monocyte/macrophage antigen. CD11c is specific for the Mr 150-kDa α-subunit of the CD11c/CD18 antigen heterodimer, also referred to as complement receptor type 4 (CR4). The Mr 95-kDa CD18 antigen, the β chain of leucocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1), is common to the CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1) and CD11b/CD18 antigen heterodimers.
