Description
The ML5 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to CD24. CD24 is a 35-45 kDa two-chain glycoprotein expressed on the surface of B cells, granulocytes and most B-cell lines. CD24 may play a role in the regulation of B-cell proliferation and maturation.
This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
