Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

The M-B371 monoclonal antibody reacts with a 40-52 kDa type II integral membrane glycoprotein present on B cells from the pre-B-cell stage but not on plasma cells. CD37 is also expressed on activated, proliferating cells of germinal centers. There is low expression of CD37 on some T and myeloid cells. The function of CD37 has not yet been clearly identified.

The antibody is conjugated to BD Horizon™ V450, which has been developed for use in multicolor flow cytometry experiments and is available exclusively from BD Biosciences. It is excited by the Violet laser Ex max of 406nm and has an Em Max at 450 nm. Conjugates with BD Horizon™ V450 can be used in place of Pacific Blue™ conjugates.
