Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

CD61, clone RUU-PL 7F12, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with purified platelet membrane glycoproteins.

CD61 recognizes an Mr 110-kdalton (kDa) protein, also known as gpIIIa, the common β-subunit (integrin β3-chain) of the gpIIb/IIIa complex and the vitronectin receptor (VNR).
