Description
The CD71 antibody, clone L01.1, is derived from the hybridization of P3-X63- Ag8.653 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with blast cells from pokeweed mitogen–stimulated peripheral blood cells.
The CD71 antibody is specific for the human transferrin receptor, with a molecular weight of 190 kilodaltons (kDa), 90-kDa reduced.
