Description
Reacts with CD75, a carbohydrate determinant generated by the action of intracellular α2,6 sialyltransferase, expressed on mature B cells. In the lymph node, strong reactivity has been detected on germinal center B cells and weaker expression observed in mantle zone B cells. Evidence suggests that CD75 plays a role in intercellular adhesion and is a ligand for CD22.
