Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Recognizes a triplet of membrane proteins of 74, 80 and 89kDa. CD97 is strongly expressed on phytohemagglutinin (PHA)-activated T and B cells, virtually all monocytes and granulocytes, and several cell lines including HL-60, THP-1, and K562. It is weakly expressed onresting lymphocytes. VIM3b has been shown to be effective in western blot and immunoprecipitation. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
