Shop All BD Biosciences ProductsDescription
The 5D3 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to mouse C-type lectin domain family 12 member A (Clec12A), also known as myeloid inhibitory C-type lectin-like receptor (MICL), C-type lectine-like molecule 1 (CLL-1) or Dendritic cell-associated lectin 2 (DCAL-2). Clec12A is expressed on plasmacytoid dendritic cells, subsets of myeloid dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophage and B cells. Clec12A has one single C-type lectin-like domain and one cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif. Clec12A reportedly serves as a negative regulator of granulocyte and monocyte function.
