CRNKL1, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human CRNKL1 peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00051340K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
The crooked neck (crn) gene of Drosophila is essential for embryogenesis and is thought to be involved in cell cycle progression and pre-mRNA splicing. This gene is similar in sequence to crn and encodes a protein which can localize to pre-mRNA splicing complexes in the nucleus. The encoded protein, which contains many tetratricopeptide repeats, is required for pre-mRNA splicing. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
