CYP2U1, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human CYP2U1 peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00113612K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
This gene encodes a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This enzyme is a hydroxylase that metabolizes arachidonic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, and other long chain fatty acids. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
