CYP39A1, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human CYP39A1 peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00051302K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
This gene encodes a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This endoplasmic reticulum protein is involved in the conversion of cholesterol to bile acids. Its substrates include the oxysterols 25-hydroxycholesterol, 27-hydroxycholesterol and 24-hydroxycholesterol. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
