DOK5, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human DOK5 peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00055816K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the DOK family of membrane proteins, which are adapter proteins involved in signal transduction. The encoded protein interacts with phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases to mediate neurite outgrowth and activation of the MAP kinase pathway. In contrast to other DOK family proteins, this protein does not interact with RASGAP. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
