HLA-DR Mouse anti-Human, NA/LE, Unlabeled, Clone: L243 (G46-6), BD
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: BD Biosciences 555809
Description
Reacts with HLA-DR, a human class II antigen II of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC). HLA-DR is a transmembrane glycoprotein composed of an α chain (36kDa) and a β subunit (27kDa) expressed primarily on antigen presenting cells: B cells, monocytes, macrophages, and thymic epithelial cells. HLA-DR is also expressed on activated T cells. This molecule plays a major role in cellular interaction during antigen presentation. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
