Description
Antin++DR recognizes a human class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigen. The antigen is a transmembrane glycoprotein composed of α- and β-subunits that have molecular weights of 36 and 27kDa, respectively. Antin++DR reacts with a nonpolymorphic HLA-DR epitope and does not cross-react with HLA-DQ or HLA-DP molecules.
