Test Specificity Detects recombinant canine IL-13 in direct ELISAs and detects recombinant canine IL-13 and human IL-13 in Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 7% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-13 and recombinant mouse IL-13 is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-13 and recombinant rhesus monkey IL-13 is observed.
