The 20C2 antibody reacts with the biologically active form of human IL-12 p70 heterodimer, but not with the p40 monomer or homodimer. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development or reported in the literature only.
