Description

Anti-Hu–IL-13, clone JES10-5A2, is derived from the mouse myeloma P3X63Ag8 fused with splenocytes from Lewis rats immunized with recombinant human IL-13 expressed in mammalian cells. Anti-Human Interleukin 13 (Anti-Hu–IL-13) recognizes a nonglycosylated protein of 132 amino acids with a molecular mass of 10kD.
