Invitrogen™ Cytokeratin 15 Monoclonal Antibody (6E7)
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA515567
Description
MA5-15567 targets KRT15 in indirect ELISA, FACS, IF, IHC, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-15567 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of KRT15 expressed in E. Coli. MA5-15567 detects KRT15 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 49kDa.
Cytokeratin 15 is a member of the keratin gene family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into cytokeratins and hair keratins. Most of the type I cytokeratins consist of acidic proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains and are clustered in a region on chromosome 17q21. 2.
