Description

PA5-28583 targets MAST1 in WB applications and shows reactivity with mouse samples. The PA5-28583 immunogen is recombit fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 352 and 765 of Human MAST1. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Appears to link the dystrophin/utrophin network with microtubule filaments via the syntrophins. Phosphorylation of DMD or UTRN may modulate their affinities for associated proteins.
