Description
The 10F7 antibody reacts with human monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), also known as monocyte chemotactic and activating factor (MCAF). The immunogen used to generate the 10F7 hybridoma was E. coli-expressed recombinant human MCP-1. This antibody is routinely tested by ELISA Capture. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
