This antibody detects the mature form of human Proprotein Convertase 9/PCSK9 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) PCSK1, rhPCSK7, or recombinant mouse PCSK9. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
