PI4KA, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human PI4KA peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00005297K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
This gene encodes a phosphatidylinositol (PI) 4-kinase which catalyzes the first committed step in the biosynthesis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. The mammalian PI 4-kinases have been classified into two types, II and III, based on their molecular mass, and modulation by detergent and adenosine. The protein encoded by this gene is a type III enzyme that is not inhibited by adenosine. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
