SSR1, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human SSR1 peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00006745K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
The signal sequence receptor (SSR) is a glycosylated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane receptor associated with protein translocation across the ER membrane. The SSR consists of 2 subunits, a 34kDa glycoprotein encoded by this gene and a 22kDa glycoprotein. This gene generates several mRNA species as a result of complex alternative polyadenylation. This gene is unusual in that it utilizes arrays of polyA signal sequences that are mostly noncanonical. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
