TRIM15, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human TRIM15 peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00089870K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to the cytoplasm. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
