Description

Rat Monoclonal Antibody

The B20.6 antibody reacts with the Vβ 2 T-cell Receptor of all strains tested. Vβ 2 TCR-bearing T lymphocytes are clonally eliminated in mice expressing I-E and exposed neonatally to milk-borne BALB/cV virus, a highly tumorigenic strain of MMTV.
